    • Measure internet speeds from your modem to determine the speed capacity of your home
    • Take room-by-room WiFi measurements so you know where your internet is strong and where it can be improved

    • Determine readiness of each room in your home for a range of smart devices based upon specific requirements

    • Run cable behind the wall via the determined path

    IMPORTANT:

    • If we are extending internet, satellite or cable service, it must be activated prior to technician arrival.
    • We do not perform any internal horizontal cable runs.
    • External cable runs would be under the eave of the exterior of the home.

    • If installing a Nest Cam Outdoor, our Technicians may not be able to install on uneven surfaces such as stone masonry or facade.
    • When installing a Nest Thermostat, our Technicians will not be able to remedy issues related to a heating or air conditioning system that does not work.
    • Services do not include the repair of physically damaged parts, equipment or wiring.
    • Nest Doorbell can only be installed if there is pre-existing wiring present at the install site. If there is no pre-existing wiring installation will not be possible.

    IMPORTANT:

    • Please note that Nest Hello can only be installed if there is pre-existing wiring present at the install site. If there is no pre-existing wiring installation will not be possible.
    • Even if you have a wired doorbell, the doorbell system can’t deliver enough voltage to Nest Hello in some homes. Transformer replacement can be added to your service at an additional cost. Customer must provide the new transformer.
