- Please note: A functioning doorbell is required at the installation area for hard-wired video doorbells
IMPORTANT:
- Adequate WiFi signal will be required at install areas.
- Please be sure to have any necessary WiFi passwords ready for the tech.

- Install a bracket and mount one TV, larger than 61" in size
- Connect all necessary video and basic audio components
- Neatly dress wires
- Configure any necessary peripheral devices
- In-wall or external cord concealment is available for additional cost
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- We do not mount on plaster, tile or stone facades
- In-wall cord concealment is not available for surfaces above a fireplace, or brick
- Additional fees for add-ons cover labor only. Customers must supply cord concealment, masking materials, and HDMI cables prior to tech arrival

Service Includes
- Dismount your TV from the wall
- Disconnect and remove any relevant AV components
- Neatly package the TV and components in a box you provide
- Remove the mount from the wall
- Conceal in-wall rated wires where applicable (additional charges apply)

- Cannot mount on plaster, tile or stone facades
- In-wall cord concealment is not available if mounting above a fireplace or onto brick
- Any additional fee covers labor only, customer must supply cord concealment or masking materials

Service Includes
- Installation of Nest product (Camera, Thermostat, Doorbell, Lock and Smoke/CO2 detectors).
- Assessment of installation area.
- Setup of Nest product(s) via the Nest App.
- If installing a Nest Cam Outdoor, our Technicians may not be able to install on uneven surfaces such as stone masonry or facade.
- When installing a Nest Thermostat, our Technicians will not be able to remedy issues related to a heating or air conditioning system that does not work.
- Services do not include the repair of physically damaged parts, equipment or wiring.
- Nest Doorbell can only be installed if there is pre-existing wiring present at the install site. If there is no pre-existing wiring installation will not be possible.
IMPORTANT:
- Please note that Nest Hello can only be installed if there is pre-existing wiring present at the install site. If there is no pre-existing wiring installation will not be possible.
- Even if you have a wired doorbell, the doorbell system can’t deliver enough voltage to Nest Hello in some homes. Transformer replacement can be added to your service at an additional cost. Customer must provide the new transformer.
